Troop 813, chartered in 1991, has been dedicated to serving scouts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We belong to the Horizon District within the Transatlantic Council (TAC) and are sponsored and chartered by the American School of Dubai (ASD).

Our scouts gather weekly on Fridays at 4:30 pm at the American School of Dubai, situated al Barsha 1 and wear the Full Uniform (Class A) unless a physical activity is planned.

Our primary objective is to embody the BSA vision, cultivating conscientious, responsible, and productive young boys by instilling lifelong values and nurturing ethical character traits as outlined in the Scout Oath and Law. We aim to cultivate a sense of community while ensuring scouting remains enjoyable. We consistently emphasize the significance of adhering to the Scout Motto, "Be Prepared," and the Scout Slogan, "Do a Good Turn Daily."

All of our adult leaders undergo Scouting's Youth Protection Training (YPT) program, so our scouts can be mentored in a safe environment provided by our chartered organization. In addition, we encourage our leaders to attend our meetings to stay up-to-date and informed.
